This competition offers a prestigious platform for incumbent chefs in Macau to showcase their technical mastery, creativity, and passion across Macanese Cuisine and Western Cuisine categories.

Macau Chocolate Showpiece Competition
Macau November 2026 Macau Chocolate Association will be hosted the 10th Macau Chocolate Showpiece Competition co-organized by Macau Culinary Association. the competition required contestants to assemble their edible artworks – chocolate showpieces and Praline display –within the timeframe of three hours. The jury tasted and graded the artworks.
Macau Foodie Networking Night
The Macau Culinary Association is hosting a foodie networking event, featuring delicious food and beverage, and providing an opportunity to exchange culinary experiences with professional chefs and food enthusiasts in Macau.
